Braised Old Goose
1.
First cut the old goose into pieces and blanch them in boiling water. (I took the old goose to the vegetable market to deal with it)
2.
Rinse the blanched old goose, put it into the pot (without putting water), and pour two packets of cooking wine (boiled with cooking wine will taste more delicious)
3.
Pour in the right amount of dark soy sauce, soy soy sauce (the dark soy sauce must be less, my hand shakes it out and it becomes super black...)
4.
Put in the spice bag, brown sugar (an ancient Yunnan brown sugar from a friend, rock sugar can also be used), dried chilies, plums, and boil!
5.
Cook for about 20 minutes, add the shiitake mushrooms that have been soaked in advance, and continue to cook
6.
Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, and then you can taste it properly!
