Braised Old Goose on The Old Stove

The goose meat is cleaned and cut into pieces for later use

I fry it with an old stove, it tastes more delicious! Saute the green onion, ginger, garlic and spices together

Add the goose and stir fry to change the color

Add water, spread over the goose meat, bring to a boil, simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, simmer for 1 hour
