Braised Oxtail

Prepare all the ingredients and wrap the spices in gauze

After cutting the oxtail, soak it in cold water for about an hour to remove the blood

Put a little green onion and ginger in a pot under cold water with oxtail, boil off the froth and cook for three minutes, remove the froth from the boiled beef, remove the green onion and ginger and set aside
