Braised Oxtail

Blanch the oxtail in water and wash it for later use. Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces for later use.

Put the oxtail in a pressure cooker and simmer for half an hour, add a little soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, green onion and ginger. Fish out after suffocation

Put oil in another pot and fry potatoes and carrots, stir until golden

Pour in the braised oxtail and stir fry. At the same time add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed, add soup and simmer over high heat

When the soup is thick and the potatoes are soft and waxy, turn off the fire
