Braised Oxtail

Blanch the oxtail in water and wash.

Prepare the condiments: green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, bay leaves, cinnamon, chili.

Fry the sugar in a frying pan to produce reddish-brown bubbles.
4.
Add the condiments and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
Add dark soy sauce and vinegar and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Rinse the water, put the oxtail in the pot, and add salt.
7.
Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until the soup thickens.
