Chinese cabbage is a housekeeping dish on the people's table in winter. Ordinary Chinese cabbage is delicious and nutritious, and very versatile. The combination of Chinese cabbage and Pleurotus ostreatus, simply stir-fried, is not only a delicious dish, but also cleans the intestines, reduces fat, and maintains health.
