"Paddle" is the part of the fish tail. Only large-sized fish can be decomposed and cooked. This "strike" is nearly 3 catties, and the whole fish is nearly 20 catties. The meat of "strike" is tender and has no fat. It is suitable for steaming, braising and stewing.
