Braised Paddle

Cut the fish tail a few times, do not cut off the end, wipe dry. Put some salt, Huadiao wine, ginger marinate

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and saute. Then add the dried fish tails, fry them until golden brown on both sides, and serve.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add light soy sauce. Add dark soy sauce. Add appropriate amount of sugar and boil over high heat. Add chopped green onion and ginger.

Add the fried fish tails. Add Huadiao wine and continue to cook until the soup thickens.
