Braised Pangasius

After the pangasius is naturally thawed at room temperature, wash it well, control the moisture, and cut into pieces.

After dicing, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated pansa fish and fry.

Fry until slightly yellow and turn over.
