During the November, I returned to my hometown and brought back some kidney beans, a kind of beans similar to the rice of the beans. They are the best for braising pig's trotters. The soup is thick and delicious!

Braised Pig's Trotter with Beans

1. Staple ingredients (the boss had already chopped the trotters when they bought it)

2. Wash the trotters with triturated water

3. Prepare accessories

4. Shave the remaining pig hair after it is fished out

5. Put oil in the pot and add rock sugar

6. Add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, chili and stir fry to create a flavor, then stir fry with rock sugar

7. Put the trotters and continue to stir fry

8. Add rice wine

9. Add sweet noodle sauce, dry yellow sauce

10. Add boiling water, the height of the trotters is 1-2 cm

11. After boiling, move all the ingredients to the casserole, put the washed beans in the casserole, cover with the lid, and simmer on low heat

12. 7 When mature, add peanuts and continue to simmer. When the soup is almost dry, see if you need to add salt, and continue to simmer until the trotters are cooked.

13. Finished picture

Tips:

Step 10 must add boiled water or stock, because the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, adding cold water will make the pork tighter and not easy to simmer.
