Roasted Pork Trotters

Pour cold water from trotters into the pot, then add cooking wine, shallots and ginger slices, turn on the heat

After the water is boiled, skim the scum on the surface and blanch for about three minutes

Transfer the pig's trotters to the rice cooker, then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and soy sauce, then add salt and various aniseed ingredients, and then pour a sufficient amount of water

Put the inner pot into the rice cooker and simmer for an hour and a half

Test it with chopsticks, the trotters can be easily pierced through.

Then remove the moisture on the surface and transfer it to the baking tray, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 200 degrees for ten minutes

Take it out of the oven, sprinkle a layer of chili powder and cooked white sesame on the surface, put it in the oven again, and bake at 200 degrees for five minutes.
