Braised Pig Ears

First cut a few small cuts into the inside of the pig’s ears to make it easier to clean. During the washing process, carefully check whether there is any pig hair. If any, use a blade to gently scrape it off, and then scald it three or four times with boiling water. Let's cook!

Wash the garlic, star anise, and dried chilies~Cut well

Cut the pig ears into two, easy to cook

Put the pig ears in a pressure cooker, add water ~ the water should cover the pig ears, and then add dried chili, star anise, garlic. Add two tablespoons of cooking wine and two tablespoons of soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes

After cooking for five minutes, the pressure cooker can be used to take out the pig ears and put them on a plate for 5 minutes. Wait for the pig ears to cool down

After cooling, cut into small pieces, put a few coriander on top, and start eating.
Tips:
Note: ①Check carefully to see if there is any pig hair during the washing process of pig ears
②Pig ears must be boiled in water ~ to avoid odor
③Generally, it is enough to cook and stew for 15 minutes, otherwise it will taste too greasy
