Braised Pleurotus Eryngii in Oil

Prepare ingredients, dice carrots and cucumbers, fry peanuts, and cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into thick slices and use a flower knife.

Stir-fry the chives, ginger, garlic in a hot pan with cold oil, add pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry for a few minutes, the pleurotus eryngii will be watered.

Add diced carrots and stir fry, add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 piece of rock sugar and simmer for a while.
