Braised Poached Egg

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot and boil until it is 80% hot and beat in the eggs.

Turn to medium heat and simmer for one minute until the eggs are set.

Flip and fry the other side.

Add various seasonings, turn over after 1 minute, and cook for another minute, until the soup is almost dried.
5.
Take out the plate and pour the remaining soup on it.
Tips:
1. Eggs are not suitable for making too salty, and it is not recommended to add more seasonings.
2. Be sure to beat in the eggs after the oil is heated, so that the fried poached eggs will be tender on the outside and tender on the inside.
