Braised Pomfret

Wash the pomfret, remove the gills and scales.

Make a few knives on the fish, add salt and cooking wine and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare the green onion

Soak up the moisture with absorbent paper.

Pat on dry starch.

Pour the jiusan corn germ oil into the pot, burn it to 60% heat, and add the pomfret.

After frying golden brown on both sides, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sweet and sour salt and water.

Bring to a high heat and turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, then dry the soup.
Tips:
Salt has been added to the pomfret when it is marinated. When cooking, the amount of salt must be added according to your taste
