Ingredients

Braised Pomfret

1. Wash the big pomfret and cut two cracks on the front and back with a knife! Ginger slices!

2. Seasoning used!

3. Heat a wok, add a little oil and add ginger slices! Add the ginger slices to the fish~

4. Add all the seasonings to the pot and turn on a medium-to-low heat~

5. The lid is smoldered for about 5 minutes, then turn to the minimum fire and then burn for 10 minutes~

6. Serve it~ Sprinkle chopped green onion~

Tips:

The oil temperature should not be too high, the pomfret will break easily after frying~
