Braised Pomfret with Sauce

Remove the gills, internal organs and scales of the pomfret, wash and set aside

In order to taste better, the pomfret changed to a flower knife

Scallions, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper are ready

Add oil in the hot pot to stir the pork belly to get the oil

Add accessories and saute

Change the low heat to put the sweet noodle sauce, be sure to fry the sweet noodle sauce on a low fire, then add the cooking wine, vinegar, and cook the pot

Change to medium heat and add bone broth (you can also use water instead of bone broth), sugar, a little salt and a little chicken essence to taste, add the prepared fish

Bring to a high heat and simmer on low heat, simmer until the soup is thick and ready to cook

Serve with green onion and coriander
