Braised Pond Fish

Clean the pond fish and drain the water.

Put it in a container, add salt and rice wine, mix well, and marinate for about an hour.

Heat the pan with oil, put the pond fish in the pan and fry slowly.

Fry the fish while preparing the ingredients (scallions; shredded ginger; minced garlic, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and water in a bowl and mix well).

Fry the pond fish yellow on both sides.

Add ginger and minced garlic to fry until fragrant.

Then add the soy sauce and water, and simmer over medium heat.

When simmering until a small amount of water is left, add cornstarch (cornstarch, mix well with water).

Continue to boil and sprinkle with green onions.
Tips:
1. The fish must be marinated for a while and then fried before it tastes good.
2. When frying fish, fry the fish slowly, and don't turn it too early to avoid frying.
