Stir-fried Pond Fish with Pepper

Wash the fish, remove the internal organs, and marinate in salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes;

Wash the red and green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into strips;
3.
Pour the oil in a hot pan, add shredded ginger and soy sauce to fry the pond fish; PS: flip and fry until golden
4.
Fry the fish in the frying pan and stir-fry the six ripe colored peppers;
5.
Add the fried pond fish and change it to medium-to-low heat;
6.
Add salt and green onions and stir fry.
Tips:
1. After washing the viscera of the pond fish, marinate it with salt and cooking wine to remove the fishy;
2. Rinse the marinated fish with clean water;
3. Flip the fried fish just once.
