Braised Pork

Cut pork belly with skin into large pieces and wash

Put three slices of ginger in a pot, boil over high heat, pour in pork belly and cook for ten minutes, then remove

Prepare green onions, garlic slices, hawthorn slices, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, rock sugar

Put oil in the pot, add sugar and keep stirring until it melts

Continue to stir, after the foam comes out

Pour in the meat, stir-fry and coat with sugar evenly
