Braised Pork

Cut pork belly

Put the cut pork belly in cold water and boil it; rinse the pork belly with water again; add a little oil to the pot and put rock sugar to melt it

Add the pork belly and stir fry for a few times; add the soy sauce and continue to stir fry for color

Add light soy sauce and stir fry (light soy sauce is saltier than soy sauce, and it is lighter in color, mainly seasoned); turn on high heat, add cooking wine and stir fry; add boiling water to cover the meat

Wrap the red yeast rice lees with gauze and tie it into the pot; peel the mushrooms, peel the quail eggs after they are cooked
