Braised Pork

Add the sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Add pork belly and stir fry until cooked

Then put the pork belly in the bowl

Then put the pork belly in a pressure cooker, add salt and green onions and cook for half an hour

After the pork belly is cooked, put in the frying pan and add rock sugar

Pour the pork belly into the stir-fried rock sugar, stir-fry evenly and it will be out of the pan. Sprinkle a little white sesame on it for more flavor
