Braised Pork

One catty of pork belly is enough for two meals, and one meal for four, just eat this bowl of vegetables. So with other dishes, a catty of braised pork is enough for four people. One pound of pork belly, wash and cut into small cubes.

After cutting it, pour it into a hot pot and boil it out. This braised pork is not greasy and tastes chewy. While boiling the oil, leave a box of round shape at the bottom of the pot, add three or four rock sugars to melt, and boil the sugar color. After melting, the meat will be sugar-colored, and continue to boil the oil. After boiling the oil, drain the meat and remove the oil into a bowl. Add a little salt to the remaining oil and sauté various spices and ingredients. After sauteing, pour the meat into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce. After cooking wine and salt, stir-fry evenly, pour in appropriate amount of water, not too much, just before the meat is over, boil, turn to low heat, add a little thickening water, and continue to boil the meat over low heat.

After the juice is almost collected, add the appropriate amount of garlic leaves or cabbage to the meat. However, the garlic leaves and cabbage should be stir-fried in advance and set aside. After the meat is collected, the juice is poured directly in and stir-fried.
