Braised Pork

Remove the skin and the meat from the hair.

Roll it into a roll from the inside out, and tie it up with a wire commonly used at home.

Boil water in a stock pot, put in brine, refined salt, and then put in the rolled meat rolls with skin.

Add soy sauce and brown sugar to a boil, then add in the lean meat and pork liver to make the flavor stronger and more delicious. Cover the lid and simmer for 1 hour.

Marinated marinated meat.

Slice after cooling.

After cooling, slice into a plate, drizzle with oyster sauce and sesame oil.
