Braised Pork

Cut pork belly into large pieces

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, cinnamon and bay leaves

Pour pork belly into the pot. If the pork belly is fatter, don’t put base oil in the pot. If the pork belly is not too fat, put a little base oil

Fry until golden, add green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, pepper and stir fry

Add sugar and stir-fry evenly, then add cooking wine and soy sauce to continue to stir-fry

Add in hot water without meat

Simmer until soft
