Braised Pork

Prepare pork belly and dried beans! Cut the pork belly into pieces! Soak dried beans in water for a while!

Blanch the pork belly with water! Pot under cold water! Remove the braised pork 2 minutes after boiling

Add 1 spoon of sugar after boiling the oil! Stir-fry into maroon red! Then add the blanched meat, add ginger, spring onion, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, and dried chili.

Add 13 mulled wine with soy sauce and light soy sauce! (Old draw color)

Add water to submerge the meat! Add the beans and potatoes! About 30 minutes! Use chopsticks to pierce it, if you pierce it through, it will be cooked!

Get the juice out of the fire! (If you like garlic, add it before serving)
