Braised Pork and Cabbage Vermicelli

Prepare the ingredients in the picture (if you don’t like spicy food, you can ignore the pepper in the picture).

Soak the vermicelli until soft, cut the cabbage into pieces, and cut the pork into pieces after the water drops.

Put less oil in the pot and add pork.

Stir fry until slightly golden and add rock sugar.

Add ginger slices and star anise, and fry until colored.

Add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Stew for 10 minutes (the stewing time is determined by the hardness and boiling resistance of the vermicelli bought).
