Braised Pork and Potato Noodles

Prepare stewed braised pork.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.

Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.

Put a small amount of oil into the wok, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant, and add the braised pork.

Add appropriate amount of hot water or stock.

Add the potato wedges. Add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste very fresh.

Dry vermicelli is placed on top.

Bring to a boil over high heat, change to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Shake the pot while simmering, being careful to stick the pot.

When the vermicelli becomes soft and the chopsticks can be pinched off, turn off the heat. Put it out of the pot and put it in a soup pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
Tips:
The vermicelli can also be soaked in advance, I like to use dry vermicelli. \nThe seasoning in the braised pork is enough, so pay attention to the saltiness when seasoning.
