Braised Pork Belly

Cut pork belly, shred green onion, and 5 slices of ginger

This braised sauce is good.

Add sliced ginger, stir-fry pork belly over medium heat for 10 minutes

Add 5 tablespoons of braised sauce and 20 tablespoons of water, and cook slowly over medium heat. Boil until the moisture is dry
5.
Add green onions and stir fry, and it's ready.
