Braised Pork Belly with Winter Vegetables

Prepare the materials.

Put pork belly in water, add cooking wine and cook for about ten minutes.

Scoop it up and put it in cold water, rinse, and cut into small pieces.

From the pan, add the cut pork belly, garlic, and ginger slices and fry until golden on both sides, then add appropriate amount of winter vegetables.
5.
Continue to stir fry a few times and then collect the juice and bring it out of the pot.
Tips:
Winter vegetables are a bit salty. When using it, first wash with water, don’t put salt in the dishes~~
