Braised Pork Feet

First cut the pig's feet into pieces, put the salt, braised soy sauce, chili king, ginger garlic in a pressure cooker, press for 8-12 minutes.

Select the pig's feet and put them in a bowl.

The winter melon is cut into pieces and patterns can be carved on the surface.

Deep fry the winter melon and set aside (fry for one minute, don’t fry for too long)

Put the ginger and garlic in the pan and saute until fragrant.

Add pork knuckles, fried winter melon, a bit of beer, braised soy sauce, add 2 tablespoons of boiled pork knuckle soup, simmer for 3 minutes.

Add green and red bell peppers, green onion leaves, and stir-fry out.
Tips:
The hoof is used for the pig's feet.
If you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to put so many peppers, but the green and red peppers look very colorful.
Remember to carve the wax gourd, cut it horizontally and vertically.
