Braised Pork Feet

1. First cut the pig's feet into pieces, put the salt, braised soy sauce, chili king, ginger garlic in a pressure cooker, press for 8-12 minutes.

4. Deep fry the winter melon and set aside (fry for one minute, don’t fry for too long)

Tips:

The hoof is used for the pig's feet.
If you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to put so many peppers, but the green and red peppers look very colorful.
Remember to carve the wax gourd, cut it horizontally and vertically.
