Ingredients

Braised Pork Frozen Tofu

1. The right amount of small crispy pork, made before, frozen in the refrigerator.

2. A bag of frozen tofu.

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the scallions and ginger.

4. Add 1 large bowl of water and add some chicken powder.

5. Bring to a boil and add small crispy pork.

6. Boil on high heat so that the soup is thick.

7. After about six or seven minutes, add the frozen tofu and continue to cook.

8. Stew until the frozen tofu is completely melted and the soup is thick and white.

9. Season with salt.

10. Put some vegetables if you have them, or leave them alone. Adding green vegetables has better color and better nutrition. I put a big head rape.

11. Cook until the vegetables are cooked.

12. The finished product is light and delicious, not greasy at all, and the child ate a lot.
