Braised Pork with Frozen Chinese Cabbage and Tofu

Wash 5 pieces of Chinese cabbage.

First cut horizontally about 3 finger-wide sections, and then cut into thin strips vertically.

A moderate amount of frozen tofu.

Scallion and ginger slices, small crispy meat appropriate amount.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Season with salt and simmer for another two or three minutes.

Add some coriander before serving.
