Braised Pork Head Meat + Braised Egg

Blanch the pork head first.

After blanching, scrape off the dirty part, and then wash it.

Hard boiled eggs.

Dried chili, garlic, ginger.

Aniseed, prepared by the shop owner. The stewed pork is very fragrant. I can’t tell you how much it is. I probably recognize the following: bay leaf, cumin, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, grass fruit, ginger, licorice, tangerine peel, sand ginger.

Put water in the pot and cook the aniseed to taste.

Pour in the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, dried chilies, cooking wine, sugar, and salt, and boil together.

Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in the sauce.

After the high heat is boiled dry, simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

Peel the boiled eggs, put them in a pot and simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and soak for half an hour, so that the eggs are completely eaten and more fragrant.
