Cucumber with Pork Head

The pork head is marinated and cut into moderately sized pieces, not too thick.

Clean the cucumbers, remove the roots, cut them in half vertically, pat a few times with a knife, and then cut them diagonally into cucumber pieces of moderate size, so that the cucumbers will taste better when mixed.

Peel the garlic and chop finely,

Clean the coriander, remove the roots, cut into about 1 cm sections, and stir in the cucumber.

Put the cut pork head in it and mix it,

Cucumber mixed with pork head can be served.
Tips:
The chunks of pork head and cucumber should be about the same size, so that it looks better and tastes better.
