Braised Pork Intestines with Bean Sprouts

The fat intestines are bought from the vegetable market and cooked, and then come back and wash them in hot water and cut them into sections.

Heat the pan, pour the oil into the sliced ginger and green onion and sauté until fragrant (if you like spicy food, you can put two dried chilies).

Add the fatty intestines and stir fry for a while.

Add soy sauce for color and seasoning.

Add the washed bean sprouts and stir fry for a while.

Add appropriate amount of warm water and boil until the bean sprouts are broken, then add salt and chicken essence and pepper to taste.
7.
Serve ready to serve.
