Braised Pork Knuckle with Soy Beans

First wash the pig's feet clean, boil a pot of water, put cooking wine, a large spoon of salt, a few pieces of ginger, garlic, put the pig's feet in boiling water for about 10 minutes to press out the blood inside. Then soak in cold water for 10 minutes, so that the elasticity of the pigskin can be maintained. After soaking, remove it and let it dry for later use.

Heat the pan, put the oil, put the rock sugar in the pan to melt into syrup, add the pig's feet and stir fry for color. Then put the soybeans and seasonings into the pressure cooker and press for about 45 minutes.

The braised pork knuckle is enough in a pressure cooker for about 45 minutes, but it may take more than an hour to fully cook if you use other pots. The skin of the pig's feet melts in the mouth, and even the bones are delicious.
