Braised Pork Knuckles
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Wash the pig's hands, boil in a pot under cold water, and boil for two more minutes.
3.
Heat oil, pour into stir fry, pour in a little cooking wine and sauté.
4.
Add light soy sauce and stir fry for color.
5.
Add boiled water that hasn't been used for pork knuckles, add ginger, borneol sugar and a piece of thick soup.
6.
Turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
7.
Then pour it into a casserole and simmer, and simmer until the pork knuckles become soft.
8.
Boil broccoli and put it in a bowl.
9.
Pour into the pork knuckles and sprinkle onion.
Tips:
Only light soy sauce is used, no salt is required, and the casserole stew tastes better. If you like it soft, you can press the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
