Braised Pork Noodle

Prepare all raw materials. Cut the half-fat and half-lean pork leg into finger-sized dices about 1.5 inches long, chop the chives, chop garlic and ginger into cubes, weigh the pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and Pixian watercress for later use.

Pour the diced pork into the pot, add water and cook for about 5 minutes, blanch the water and remove the blood.

Soak the soybeans overnight in advance, and the soybeans can expand more than 3 times after the soaking.

Pour the soaked soybeans and diced lard into an electric pressure cooker and cook. After cooking, the braised pork soup is red and delicious, and the house smells fragrant.

Stir the flour and dry it into a handmade noodle with a width of 1 cm.

Prepare a large noodle bowl, pour garlic, cooked white sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, light soy sauce and other seasonings, add a little noodle soup, mix well and set aside. The seasoning here can be added as you like, not too much, the soup flavor of the braised pork will be very strong.
