Braised Pork on Rice

Cut the shiitake mushrooms.

Wash the rapeseed.

The eggs are cooked ahead of time.

Chop the onions and fry them in oil until golden, then set aside.

Cut the pork belly into appropriate sizes, stir-fry the pork belly with a little oil in a pot.

Then add shiitake mushrooms, bay leaves, star anise, ginger slices and stir fry.

Add rock sugar, salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and stir fry.

Add water, put the onion crisp and egg in, simmer for about 30 minutes, and collect the juice.

Put rice in the dish, pour the stewed pork on it, and it's done.
