I like to eat pickled vegetables in winter. I have to cook them every other time. The taste of this kind of dish is not bad when it is cold. In the morning, it can be served with rice or noodles. The toppings are quite delicious, just like pickled vegetables. They are cooked with potatoes, soy products, and diced meat. I added fresh shiitake mushrooms and they tasted really good.

Diced Mushroom Sauce

1. Wash the potatoes after peeling,

2. Dice the ingredients separately

3. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, cornstarch to the diced meat and marinate for half an hour

4. Prepare the sweet noodle sauce, minced garlic sauce, and chopped green onions

5. Pour the oil in the pot, add the diced meat under warm oil until it changes color, then pick it up

6. Then pour in all the ingredients and fry them until they are fragrant and season with salt

7. Cook in a little boiled water and then add the sweet noodle sauce and stir fry evenly

8. Add the minced garlic sauce and stir well

9. Add the dark soy sauce and add a cover to a boil and turn to a low heat until cooked

10. Open the lid and turn to high heat, return the diced pork to the pot and cook for a while

11. Sprinkle the chopped green onion and turn off the pot

Tips:

1. The skin of the pork belly should be removed and then smashed and marinated so that the taste is the most tender
