Fresh Bamboo Shoots Double Pepper Minced Pork Noodles

Ingredients needed

Cut pork belly into minced meat; cut green and red peppers into small circles; cut fresh bamboo shoots into cubes

Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced meat and saute until fragrant, add some salt and garlic diced

Stir-fry the minced meat until slightly yellow, then add the diced bamboo shoots and stir-fry for about one minute

Add green and red pepper and continue to stir fry

Stir-fry and add soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste

Just mix well

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the dried noodles into the boil after the water is boiled, and add a small amount of salt

1. The sauce can be adjusted to be a bit salty.
