Braised Pork Ribs

Slice the large row with a thickness of about 1 cm. Use a wooden hammer or the back of a knife to loosen the muscles. The large row of meat will be tender and not jammed.

Add cooking wine, ginger slices, and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Drain the water, and coat both sides with dry starch.

Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan, and fry in a large drain pan covered with dry starch until golden on both sides.

Fry the large ribs until golden on both sides, remove the oil to control the oil.

Put the green onion and ginger in the pot, stir fry in a large row, then add the seasoning, add water to the large row, and cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes.

The finished product is shown in the picture (photographing is slow, and two pieces have been taken away). There is no extra ingredients and the taste is not heavy. It is suitable as a home-cooked dish.
