Shanghai taste-----broiled big ribs...the kind of Shanghai-style thick red sauce, familiar taste. There is a real intimacy ~ there is a way back to the good old days~

Braised Pork Ribs

1. Put the big pieces on the chopping board, line them up and down with the back of a knife, and pat them loosely

2. Wash the green onions, drain all the water

3. Then marinate it in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar

4. Then pour cornstarch on both sides

5. Put oil in the pan, a little more oil, drain the big oil in and fry it, when it is a bit golden

6. Put in shallots, stir up the aroma, put the marinade in and stir well

7. Then add water, cover the lid, turn over the large row when the pot opens, change the heat to a low heat and cook for a few minutes, then add sugar, turn on the high heat to collect the juice, the soup is thick, just add a little chicken powder to get out of the pot

8. Put it on the plate, the fragrant and delicious large row is ready to start

Tips:

Don't dry up the soup, use this juice to mix rice with it, it's great~
