Braised Pork Ribs with Bamboo Shoots and Dried Vegetables

Ingredients: bamboo shoots and dried vegetables (soaked and washed).

Ribs (washed and blanched).

radish.

crystal sugar.

Wash the radishes.

Cut into pieces on the chopping board and set aside.
