Bamboo and Dried Vegetables, Crab and Potato Soup

Ingredients: potatoes (cleaned, peeled and cut open), crabs (already cleaned up), dried bamboo shoots (already soaked)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut potatoes and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until the potatoes are cooked and tender.

Then, combine the packed crabs and the dried bamboo shoots that have been soaked, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Flip and boil until cooked.

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon of bamboo salt.
7.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
