Braised Pork Ribs with Beans and Fried Tofu

1. The tofu is fried in advance.

2. Break the beans and wash them. Drain the water.

3. Marinate the ribs with dark soy sauce and salt for ten minutes.

4. Start the pan and put the oil down, stir-fry the ginger, garlic, star anise and cinnamon.

5. Add the marinated ribs. stir fry. It takes longer to fry here.

6. Then add the beans and stir fry.

7. When the beans change color, add salt and continue to fry.

8. Then add an appropriate amount of water. Start simmering. The beans need to be cooked here. Put in tofu when you don’t get too much juice.

9. Serve tofu. Join the old soy sauce. A small amount of salt.
