Braised Pork Ribs with Dry Cowpea
1.
Wash the pork ribs, wash and pat the lotus root into small pieces, pat the ginger
2.
Wash the clay pot, put enough water, put the prepared raw materials into a high heat, and use a spoon to remove the floating mu on the top
3.
Soak dried cowpea in cold water and wash it off
4.
Wait for the creamy white ribs in the claypot soup to separate the dried cowpea from the bones and simmer for 20 minutes
5.
Stew until the cowpea is soft and turn off the heat
Tips:
I dried the dried cowpea by myself last year. Although it doesn't look neat as the one bought in the market, it is definitely better than the one bought in the market, and the color does not look as black as the one on the market.
