Braised Pork Ribs with Peanut Fermented Bean Curd

Peanut meat is washed and soaked for more than five hours.

Chop ribs into small pieces and marinate for 15 minutes with a little chicken powder, cornstarch, sugar, and cooking wine.

Bring the peanuts to the boil.

Add the ribs and simmer until cooked.

Add fermented bean curd, Zhu Hou sauce, rock sugar, cover and stew until all the ingredients are soft and delicious.
