Spare Ribs Mushroom Soup

Rinse the Hericium edodes several times and soak for 1 hour, squeeze out the water inside and change to fresh water after soaking, repeat three times

Wash shiitake mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, black fungus and flower mushrooms with water

Soak in water for more than one hour after washing

Bring the water to the boil and add the ribs, add a little cooking wine, there will be a lot of floating powder after boiling again

Turn off the heat and rinse with water, pour the ribs into the pressure cooker, add water about three times as much as the ribs

Turn on the pressure cooker and add hericium erinaceus first, close the lid tightly, cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes after the pressure cooker makes a plop; turn on the pressure cooker again to add all other fungi

Cover the pressure cooker tightly, simmer on medium and low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes; open the lid, bring to a boil on high heat, add salt to season and turn off the heat.
